Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are placed and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).  The items we have in stock and in our own inventory will ship out no later than 24 hours after the order was placed.  The only exception is a weekend order that may be delayed until Monday when it will be shipped first thing.  

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on any order over $90.  Free Shipping will use the best method to deliver the product in a timely fashion.

Order Tracking

We strive to use the most affordable/efficient shipping methods and once an order is shipped we will send a verification along with tracking number so you can see exactly when your purchase from Prudent Living Market will arrive.  

Returns

We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase.  Within this 30 day refund, customers can return their unoppened/undamaged product to Prudent Living Market and receive a full refund.  

If an item is damaged upon delivery please notify us right away through email or phone (found below).

NOTE: Because we have various vendors distributing products for our market, if multiple products are ordered from different vendors, the products will ship separately and may arrive at different dates.
